The System is made up of everything necessary for the study of any modification in the design of the physical structure of the tool, subsequent treatments, coatings,..., in order to achieve improvements in their performance. You can also certify your tools with the tests carried out.

The System collects a high frequency of data (3 ms), in real time, which will facilitate the study of the behavior of all the characteristics of each one of the manufactured tools.

In each of your tests you will be able to verify:

      • Total test time.
      • Torque and penetration effort.
        • Head consumption in mA.
        • Effort of the head in Nw/m.
      • Penetration effort in real time.
      • Current feedrate on the Z axis.
        • Z axis force in Kilos.
        • Z axis consumption in mA.
      • Depth reached per drill in mm.


The System implements a Database and presents the Effort Graphs.
